Slitting line can decoil metal material coil strip, slit strip, rewind new narrow width strips,
in order to get narrow width coil strip.
It mainly includes coil car, uncoiler,guiding device, slitting machine, scrap recoiler, tension stand, recoiler, coil car, electrical control system, pneumatic system, hydraulic system.
It can be used for hot rolled steel, coil rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminium, zincification,
silicon steel, and other metal material.
For example, when original steel coil strip width is 1300mm, we can use slitting line to slit the coil strip, in order to get narrow strips, such as width 400mm, 300mm, 200mm, etc, then recoiler can rewind the narrow strips as new coils.
